11. Preparation
Surface must be clean, free of dust, dirt, and grease.
12. Application Condition
Room temperature. Product and surface to be coated must not be lower
than 10°C.
13. Application Equipment
Conventional air spray, air less, air mix, HPLV.
14. Recommended Thinning
None or with water.
15. Application Procedure
» Stir to uniform consistency.
» Apply in wet coat making even
parallel passes. Overlap each pass
50% to minimize holidays, areas and pin holes.
» Excess wet film will cause
sags and runs.
» Store unused materials in tightly
closed containers.
» Cleaning application equipment
with water, then with thinner from
Molecular-Tech Coatings Inc.
